1. This recruitment is exclusively for candidates who are permanent residents of Joda Municipality (Ward No 1 to 14). To prove your residence, you must provide a residence certificate issued by a government authority in Odisha, ranking not lower than a Tehsildar.
2. Individuals who are registered as wards or have relations with current or former Tata Steel employees are not eligible to apply.

Selected candidates will be placed as trainees and receive a stipend for a duration of one year.
